Nielsen is the oldest producer of TV ratings…they have done so for over 50 years! …and when you sign up to be a part of their surveys…you are doing just that. Producing results as to how things are rated. The above kit that my family is doing right now is based on Television ratings. Based on YOUR area… you might get a product rating or even a scanner to carry with you at the grocery store … This is our second time participating in a Nielsen home study, and I find them to be simple, easy and even educational for my family.Most importantly, Nielsen has a great reputation and you are always provided with a 1-800 number for questions/concerns. You will know right away (based on your zipcode) whether or not you even qualify.
