(my annual “tune-up” call where I got $10 a month knocked off my bill for a year…plus free HBO/Showtime for 3 months … I call every 6 months or so and bargain (very nicely) with them…they are awesome about working with you to keep your business…we are NOT big TV watchers…so it is something that I HATE to spend money on… )
