*this is the second time in less than a week that Amazon has alerted me to a GREAT organic deal… do you think it is a hint!? I am guessing it is because I have been shopping more organic online…and I love it!!
**UPDATE** Some people are saying that this is offer is a mistake or is only for one box… I have confirmed my order and just got off the phone with Amazon who shows that I will be shipped a case of 6 boxes (36 bars). If you want to check your order, call amazon customer service at: 1-800-201-7575. If for some reason only one box shows up … I would say that these companies have some serious problem fixing to do. I personally, am going to hope for the best, and worst case senario… it will be a small pain and I will get my money refunded … no big deal
**UPDATE NUMBER TWO**whew! I am now just getting off of the phone with the Vitamin Shoppe CORPORATE office…who at first told me that they got 1,000s of orders and they will not be shipping 6 boxes. I FREAKED (in a nice way, lol) I explained first, that they send me the deal in an email, and that second… the ad is still up. So… she tells me that what they are going to do is that once you get your order confirmation from THE VITAMIN SHOP (not amazon) then call them and they will still send you your ONE BOX but they will credit you the full amount charged…so basically…you will get a FREE box. Not quite the deal I wanted…but you win some and you loose some. She said they would go broke trying to fill all these orders of 6. I then called Amazon who insists that we are still getting a case of 6. whew. what a fiasco. Looks like in the end though… not a huge deal, and at the very least, a free box of snacks. (these thingy’s better be good!!)Thanks for hanging with me on this!
**Update Number Three** Well…they have finally adjusted the price… let’s hope that they honor the deal for those of us that got it at the “wrong” price… I have a feeling that somehow they will make things right
