I finally got around to this post… I have been wanting to share this! My son had his 4th Birthday party…. totally SPIDERMAN…we scored some great spidey stuff at the dollar store, made a fun spidey cake…all the kids were in superhero costumes (my son still refers to his friends by their superhero names!)…and the big surprise was a visit from Spiderman himself!! This was too cool and something my son hasn’t stopped talking about. And the best part is that it was really inexpensive to pull off. First of all, I found a really neat costume company in Utah that has great prices and LOTS of sale prices right now.
They got the goods to me within 2 days for great shipping prices, flat rate – no matter what you order! I purchased both my son’s costume (and shh…don’t tell…) but I also got the real Spidey a costume as well….(for only $23!) Then begged my wonderful nephew to play the part…and he was amazing (and is for hire, by the way!!). 
Just some ideas in case you are the event planner for your little ones parties… we kept this party CHEAP and it was a blast, plus we have Halloween costumes and fun memories.
